The 17th Shenzhen International Battery Technology Conference/Exhibition (CIBF2025) will be held from May 15-17, 2025 at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center.

Core Equipment for Slurry Preparation and Homogenization
The dual planetary vacuum mixer is a high-efficiency, non-standardized, high-performance mixing and mass production equipment developed for lithium battery slurries, various adhesives, and the new energy industry, addressing the need for improved mixing efficiency and uniformity of high-viscosity materials.
High-Viscosity Material Solutions
The mixing blades of the dual planetary mixer rotate simultaneously on their own axis and around the planetary gearbox, causing the material inside the tank to circulate vertically and horizontally, achieving mixing (kneading) in a very short time. The inner wall of the tank is precision-machined on a large vertical lathe and then automatically polished by a large polishing machine, ensuring that the moving scraper on the planetary gearbox completely scrapes away the material from the inner wall of the tank during rotation. This machine is particularly suitable for dissolving, mixing, kneading, and reacting materials, from powders to high-viscosity, high-density materials. It is widely used in chemical products such as batteries, silicone, inks, dyes, adhesives, and high-viscosity coatings.
The reaction vessel can precisely control the reaction temperature, pH value, and stirring speed, thoroughly mixing and reacting lithium salt, iron salt, and phosphate solutions within the vessel to generate the precursors required for lithium iron phosphate. To reduce material loss and environmental pollution during storage, new storage tanks are designed with greater emphasis on sealing and insulation. For example, they often employ a double-layer structure with insulation material filling the space between layers, effectively reducing heat transfer and material evaporation.

Powder conveying technology is used throughout many stages of lithium battery production. The introduction of intelligent control systems enables powder conveying equipment to automatically adjust conveying parameters, such as conveying volume and speed, according to production process requirements, achieving precise conveying.
