Stainless steel storage tanks are widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, beverages, brewing, and daily chemicals, where water storage or liquid production is required. They offer excellent sealing performance, effectively preventing the intrusion of harmful substances from the air and keeping out insects like mosquitoes, thus protecting the liquid inside from external contamination.
1. The product should meet the requirements of the specified standards and be manufactured according to the dimensions specified in the drawings to avoid dimensional deviations.
2. After welding, all fasteners and connections of the stainless steel storage tank should be secure and free from looseness or incomplete welding. Any such issues should be addressed promptly.
The welds should be full, and the outer weld surface should be smooth, free from defects or problems such as slag inclusions, porosity, and cracks. The welds of the inner liner require grinding.
3. The bottom plate of the stainless steel storage tank should be flat, and the top inlet hole should be fully welded.
4. When the stainless steel water tank is filled with water, there should be no leakage or seepage, and no obvious deformation.
5. If there is an insulation layer, it must be firmly bonded to its exterior. The insulation material used for the thermal insulation layer should be of high quality.
6. Protruding parts inside and outside the inlet of the stainless steel storage tank should be protected with flanges or other safety measures to prevent injury.
