Structural Composition: This equipment mainly consists of a stainless steel tank, end caps, jacket, stirring device, electric heating device, cooling device, transmission device, shaft sealing device, support, material inlet and outlet, temperature sensor interface, automatic pH control system, pressure sensor, air breather, CIP interface, etc. It is also equipped with a temperature control device, temperature measuring port, CIP automatic rotating spray ball, defoamer, baffle, air distributor, temperature sensor, sight glass spotlight, level gauge, etc., facilitating manual operation and ensuring simplicity and reliability.
The electric heating stirring tank body is made of SUS304/316L stainless steel. The inner cylinder wall is mechanically polished or electrolytically mirror polished, while the outer cylinder wall uses a 304 fully welded insulation structure. The outer surface is mirror-finished or matte-finished. A transmission device (motor or reducer) is installed in the stirring tank cover to drive the stirrer inside the tank to mix the materials. The shaft sealing device uses a professional mechanical seal, packing seal, or flange seal, ensuring strong sealing performance. The external connection ports of the tank body use sanitary quick-opening connectors, ensuring safety and hygiene without dead corners, and meeting national GMP hygiene standards.
Structural Features:
1. Both the inner and outer surfaces of the mixing tank are polished to a polishing precision Ra≤0.4, ensuring hygiene and eliminating dead corners, preventing material adhesion to the walls, and facilitating cleaning; the outer tank body has a brushed finish.
2. The mixing system employs an advanced variable frequency speed control device, allowing for different mixing speeds to be set according to process requirements, while also enabling fully automatic control of the mixing process; baffles are installed inside the tank to promote thorough mixing and reaction of materials.
3. High-temperature online steam sterilization can be achieved during the mixing process, with automatic control and precise sterilization temperature.
4. A variety of agitator options are available, including paddle, anchor, frame, turbine, and magnetic agitators, depending on the process.
5. The electrically heated mixing tank body is equipped with a jacketed insulation layer, using polyurethane insulation material for excellent insulation performance.
6. After mixing, online cleaning can be performed using CIP automatic rotating spray balls, ensuring high efficiency and hygiene. Working Principle: Electric heating uses heating rods to heat the heat transfer medium inside the jacket, raising its temperature to the required level and transferring heat to the material in the mixing tank. A temperature controller then cuts off the power to the heating rods to maintain a constant temperature.
Depending on the material heating temperature and operating conditions, electric heating methods are typically categorized as resistance heating, infrared heating, and medium heating (heat transfer oil, steam, hot water), enabling circulating heating.
