PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Jacketed reactor product structure: This equipment generally consists of three main parts: the reactor body, the jacket, and the stirring system. Additional components include the reactor cover (head), jacket or coils (for heating and cooling circulation), agitator (anchor, paddle, turbine, etc.), transmission device (motor and reducer), shaft sealing device (mechanical seal), insulation medium, and supports (legs, platform).

The parts of the jacketed reactor body that come into contact with materials are mostly made of imported SUS304/316L stainless steel. The inner cylinder wall is mechanically polished or electrolytically mirror polished, while the outer cylinder wall uses a 304 fully welded insulation structure with a mirror or matte finish. The external connection ports of the cylinder body use sanitary quick-opening connectors, ensuring safety, health, and hygiene without blind spots, meeting national GMP hygiene standards.

Furthermore, it is equipped with temperature monitoring devices, temperature measuring ports, CIP automatic rotating spray balls, quick-opening material inlets and outlets, temperature sensors, sight glass spotlights, level gauges, etc., facilitating manual operation, ensuring uniform solvent distribution, high effective ingredient content, and simple and reliable operation.

Jacketed Reactor Product Structural Characteristics:

1. The jacketed reactor features advanced structural design technology. The jacket is a hollow structure, allowing for the internal flow of hot and cold media to provide energy for the process. Jacket types include both jacketed and external half-pipe types. Jacketed oil-heated types are equipped with a backflow device. Optimized design of the electric heating device ensures rapid heating and cooling, uniform heating, low energy consumption, and high safety performance.

2. The reactor shaft seal uses a special sanitary-grade mechanical seal design to ensure that materials are not contaminated. A sanitary-grade pressure gauge is also provided.

3. The stirring device consists of a stirrer and a stirring shaft. The stirring type is usually determined by the process design and includes anchor, paddle, worm gear, propeller, or frame types.

4. Jacketed reactors can use steam heating, electric heating, or heat transfer oil heating methods to meet the process requirements of different working environments, such as acid resistance, alkali resistance, high temperature resistance, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance.
