Applications of the Reactor: This equipment is suitable for the reaction and concentration of liquid materials in pharmaceuticals, food, light industry, and chemicals.

Structure and Features: Depending on the properties of the materials, the inner pot of the reactor can be made of carbon steel or stainless steel. Material heating can be achieved using electric heating rods, thermal oil, or steam. The reactor consists of a pot body, pot lid, agitator, drive shaft, shaft sealing device, and transmission device.

Operating Requirements: Heating should be slow, especially during the initial heating to prevent bumping of oil and water vapor. The power supply and heating oil jacket should not be turned on for testing when the pot is empty. Circulating thermal oil heating cannot be replaced by steam heating.

Heating methods include electric heating rod heating, steam heating, and circulating thermal oil heating.

Shaft sealing devices include packing seals and mechanical seals.

Agitator types include anchor type, paddle type, impeller type, propeller type, or frame type.

The number, specifications, or other requirements of openings can be designed and manufactured according to user requirements.
