1. The inner surface of the silo is 320# mirror polished for smooth powder discharge.

2. Rounded corners facilitate cleaning, and the conical bottom design allows for rapid discharge.

3. Fixed installation requires no foundation pre-embedded parts (simply place the silo on a solid surface). The support base plate features adjustable leveling and vertical adjustment seats.

4. Can be high-pressure cleaned (or cleaned with a built-in 360° rotating spray ball) to maintain cleanliness inside the silo.

5. A quick-opening, sealed manhole is located on the top of the silo for easy opening and closing.

6. The sealed silo structure prevents powder from getting damp, avoiding dust contamination.

7. The eccentric, angled discharge port (asymmetrical design) allows for easy connection of powder into the downstream receiving trough on the side of the silo.

8. Equipped with a vibrator to break up arching, eliminate blockages, promote flow, and reduce powder bridging and adhesion to the walls.

1. Feeding silo/powder storage tank volume: 50L, 100L, 200L, 300L, 400L, 500L, 600L, 800L, 1000L, 1500L, 1800L, 2000L, 5000L, 10m³ and other series specifications are all customizable.

2. Tank material: SUS304 or 316L stainless steel available (thickness: customized according to usage requirements).

3. Tank interior surface treatment: Mirror polished (or treated according to usage requirements).

4. Tank exterior surface treatment: 2B original color matte, brushed, mirror finish.

5. The user needs to provide the angle of repose (also known as the angle of repose) of the powder.

6. Equipment components: Manhole, sight glass, breather, vacuum discharger, discharge valve, weighing sensor, etc., configured as needed.

7. Arch-breaking and flow-aiding vibrator: pneumatic vibrator, electric vibrator, etc. (optional, determined as needed).
