Here we showcase a complete set of equipment for a 10,000-ton-per-year paint production line that our company designed, manufactured, installed, and commissioned for our clients:
1. Automatic feeding of paints, liquids, and additives – high-speed dispersion and mixing – high-flow sand mill – automatic feeding and paint mixing of powders and pigments – finished product filtration – automatic filling – automatic wastewater discharge – a complete process.
2. This equipment can produce water-based industrial paints, water-based anti-corrosion paints, as well as epoxy zinc-rich primers and textured paints.
3. The integrated plant design and layout achieves automated production.
