Cream production line equipment

RO vacuum homogenizing emulsifier → Aseptic storage tank → Drying and sterilizing machine → Paste filling machine → Aluminum foil sealing machine → Shrink film machine

Commonly used machinery in cream and ointment production includes emulsifiers. The definition of a vacuum homogenizing emulsifier is as follows:
It primarily refers to a process where materials, under vacuum conditions, are rapidly and uniformly distributed into one or more phases within a continuous phase using a high-shear emulsifier. Utilizing the strong kinetic energy of the machinery, the material undergoes hundreds of thousands of hydraulic shearing cycles per minute within the narrow gap between the stator and rotor. The combined effects of centrifugal extrusion, impact, and tearing achieve instantaneous and uniform dispersion and emulsification. Through high-frequency repetition, a bubble-free, fine, and stable high-quality product is ultimately obtained.
Main system components:
A vacuum emulsifier mainly consists of an aqueous phase pot, an oil phase pot, a main emulsification and stirring pot, a vacuum system, a lifting system (optional), an electrical control system (PLC optional), and an operating platform.
Applications and Fields of Use:
This product is mainly used in daily chemical and personal care products, biopharmaceuticals, food industry, coatings and inks, nanomaterials, petrochemicals, printing and dyeing auxiliaries, papermaking industry, pesticides and fertilizers, plastics and rubber, power electronics, and other fine chemicals. It is particularly effective for emulsifying materials with high matrix viscosity and high solids content.
Performance and Features:
1. Our company produces a variety of vacuum homogenizing emulsifiers. Homogenization systems include upper homogenization, lower homogenization, and internal/external circulation homogenization. Agitation systems include unidirectional agitation, bidirectional agitation, and ribbon agitation. Lifting systems include single-cylinder and double-cylinder lifting. We can also customize various high-quality products to meet customer requirements.
2. The triple agitation uses an imported frequency converter for speed regulation, which can meet the needs of different production processes.
3. The machine utilizes German technology for homogenization, employing imported double-end mechanical seals for optimal performance. The maximum emulsification speed reaches 4200 rpm, and the maximum shear fineness is 0.2-5μm.
4. Vacuum degassing ensures aseptic material quality, and vacuum suction, especially for powder materials, prevents dust from escaping.
5. The main pot lid can be equipped with a lifting device for easy and effective cleaning. The pot body can be tilted for discharge.
6. The pot body is constructed from three layers of imported stainless steel plates, with mirror-polished tank and pipes, fully compliant with GMP requirements.
7. Depending on process requirements, the tank can heat and cool materials, primarily using steam or electric heating.
8. To ensure stable control of the entire machine, imported electrical components are used, fully meeting international standards.
