PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Resin production equipment consists of a reaction vessel and auxiliary equipment selected according to process requirements. We can provide turnkey projects for users, including engineering design, equipment selection guidance, equipment processing, and equipment installation, for alkyd resins, polyester resins, unsaturated polyester resins, epoxy resins, acrylic resins, (PU) amino resins, curing agents, hot melt adhesives, adhesives, silicone oils, and varnishes. Utilizing an IoT system, we monitor the operation of each piece of equipment in real time, generating daily reports for a clear overview of factory operations, achieving intelligent and digital factory management.

Features:

Due to varying production processes and operating conditions, users can choose from different heating methods, such as electric heating rods, steam heating, and thermal oil circulation heating. Shaft sealing devices include packing seals and mechanical seals. Agitation types include anchor type, paddle type, worm gear type, propeller type, or frame type. The number, specifications, and other requirements of openings can be customized according to user requirements.

Principle:

The pot body and pot cover are connected by a flange seal. The lower part of the pot body has a discharge hole, and the pot contains an agitator. The pot lid has process pipe holes for feeding, stirring, observation, temperature measurement, pressure measurement, steam extraction and fractionation, and venting. A reducer and motor are mounted on a welded bracket on the upper part of the pot lid, driving the agitator inside the pot via a drive shaft. The shaft seal is located on the top of the pot lid. The heating jacket has pipe holes for oil (steam) inlet and outlet, temperature measurement, venting, and heating rods. Since users have different requirements for pot lid process holes, stirring types (paddle, anchor, frame, spiral, etc.), support types (suspended or pedestal), and packing sealing devices due to varying production processes and operating conditions, please contact our company for custom design and configuration.
